Exclusive leads

When a homeowner in your city submits a quote request, it goes to one contractor. Not five. You're not racing four other companies to a phone that's already ringing. We're signing one lead partner per city across all eight: Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Glendale and Peoria. Pricing is per qualified lead — a real person, a real phone number, in your service area, with an actual garage door problem. Duds don't count and you don't pay for them.

Requirements: general liability insurance, a Google Business listing with your service area set correctly, and if your scope of work requires an Arizona ROC license under your classification, a current one. Repair-only jobs below the dollar threshold often don't trigger licensing; new installs and larger jobs usually do. Check azroc.gov if you're not sure which applies to you. Answering your phone matters more than you'd think — most of these calls come in when a customer's car is already stuck.
